De lo más fácil de todas las estaciones: el estacionamiento es al aire libre y queda súper cerca de la entrada. Al estacionarte vas a ver dos rampas — la primera rampa es la del check-in.
One of the easiest stations: the parking lot is open-air and very close to the entrance. Once parked you'll see two ramps — the first ramp is where check-in happens.
Check-in
Primero marcas en la app que ya llegaste y estás estacionada; te pide una foto tuya en ese momento y luego registrar tu licencia de conducir. En la primera rampa hay tres monitores con lector: muestras la licencia y se hace el check. La app entonces te pone que están buscando ruta, o te manda directo tu número de bloque (por ejemplo, 1800). Arriba, los números están marcados por áreas con letreros azules (1000–1300, 1300–1500, etc.). Buscas tu número pegado en el piso y al lado está tu carrito. Escaneas un paquete del carrito para confirmar que es el correcto, y la app te da la ruta: cuántos paquetes, cuántas paradas y el tiempo. A la salida siempre hay un guardia que te vuelve a pedir la licencia y que escanees otro paquete para verificar que la ruta es tuya.
First you mark in the app that you've arrived and parked; it asks for a photo of you at that moment and then to register your driver's license. At the first ramp there are three monitors with scanners: show your license and check in. The app then either says it's finding you a route, or sends your block number directly (say, 1800). Upstairs, the numbers are grouped by area with blue signs (1000–1300, 1300–1500, etc.). Find your number taped on the floor — your cart is right next to it. Scan one package from the cart to confirm it's the right one, and the app gives you the route: package count, stops, and time. At the exit there's always a guard who asks for your license again and has you scan another package to verify the route is yours.

Las horas pico son de 3:30 a 5 de la mañana — y creo que eso aplica en todos los almacenes de Amazon. En Wixom llega al menos 20 minutos antes: la app te pide estar 10 minutos antes, pero hay cola para estacionarse y otra para checar la licencia. Y cuando hay mucha gente, los monitores se saturan y dejan de funcionar — viene alguien y lo arregla rápido, pero es tiempo perdido.
Peak hours are 3:30–5:00 AM — and I believe that applies at every Amazon warehouse. At Wixom arrive at least 20 minutes early: the app asks for 10 minutes, but there's a line to park and another line to check your license. And when it's crowded, the monitors get overloaded and stop working — someone comes and fixes it fast, but that's lost time.

Datos prácticosPractical
Lleva la ruta en dos mapas: la app de Amazon y aparte otra de GPS. A veces Amazon te manda por rutas cerradas o con algo en el camino, y la otra app sí te avisa. Si te queda algún paquete sin entregar, tienes que regresar a la estación: adentro hay un área de Return Package donde lo entregas en mano a una persona.
Run the route on two maps: the Amazon app plus a separate GPS app. Amazon sometimes routes you through closed roads or past problems the other app will warn you about. If you end up with an undelivered package, you have to drive back to the station: inside there's a Return Package area where you hand it to a person.
OjoWatch out
En esta estación los paquetes NO vienen marcados como 1, 2, 3… Tienes que revisarlos uno por uno y marcarlos tú misma con un plumón antes de acomodarlos en tu carro. Si no lo sabes, el primer día pierdes un buen rato.
At this station the packages are NOT labeled 1, 2, 3… You have to check them one by one and mark them yourself with a marker before loading your car. If you don't know this, you'll lose real time on day one.
